Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Functional Consultant

Overview

We are looking for skilled Functional Consultants specializing in Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze and capture business requirements, design effective functional solutions, and oversee the comprehensive implementation of TPH systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to capture payment processing needs, business goals, and operational workflows.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose functional solutions aligned with the TPH platform capabilities.
• Serve as the lead functional consultant throughout the project phases, acting as liaison between business users, implementation teams, and technical consultants.
• Design and configure end-to-end TPH functional workflows including payment routing, queues, processing rules, and business parameters.
• Manage functional setups across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Support various test cycles and deployments including SIT, UAT, and release management.
• Define functional requirements for third-party integrations, interfaces, and APIs to support payment processing lifecycle.
• Offer functional assistance during integration implementation and stabilize post-go-live performance.
• Customize and maintain XML and file formats such as XSLT transformations, XSD schemas, and configuration files ensuring compatibility with ISO 20022, SWIFT, and local payment standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including Functional Solution Design Documents (FSD), Business Solution Design Documents (BSDD), configuration sheets, and other project artifacts.
• Support knowledge management and transfer activities related to the TPH functional solutions.
