Role Overview
The position involves contacting prospective clients via both inbound and outbound calls to understand their insurance requirements and provide appropriate policy recommendations aimed at closing sales.
Key Duties
- Reach out to leads who have expressed interest in insurance offerings
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of different insurance policies
- Assess customers' needs and facilitate sales conversions
- Conduct follow-ups to meet assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales progress within the CRM system
