Job Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals to join as Telesales Executives based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, aiming to fulfill established sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiating calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell company offerings.
- Consistently achieving set sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates within the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Effectively addressing and resolving customer objections to secure sales during calls.
- Fostering ongoing relationships with current clients to encourage additional sales opportunities.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 15,000 and 25,000 INR.
