Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to join our matrimony division. This role focuses on engaging potential and existing clients by presenting membership options and assisting them in selecting services tailored to find their life partner. Unlike typical telesales jobs, this position emphasizes relationship development and customer satisfaction over meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact prospective customers via outgoing calls to introduce our matrimony offerings.
- Respond to inbound queries, clearly communicating membership benefits and plans.
- Assess client needs and suggest appropriate profiles or service packages.
- Keep meticulous records of customer communications and follow-up actions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate internally to activate and update customer profiles accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient communication in Hindi and/or English languages.
- Approachable and convincing phone manner.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Office, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Demonstrated patience and professionalism when addressing customer inquiries.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous but freshers are welcome to apply.
Job Details and Benefits
- Work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM with four days off each month.
- Fixed salary of ₹8,000 per month plus incentives up to ₹15,000.
- The role is non-target-based, focusing on customer relations rather than sales quotas.
- Location: BJB Nagar, Bhubaneswar. Only candidates residing within 10 kilometers will be considered.
