Telesales Executive - Kotak 811 Outbound Process

About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join the Kotak 811 outbound sales team located at Wagle Estate, Thane West. The primary responsibility of this position is to engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote and sell Kotak 811 banking products, contributing towards the achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce Kotak 811 products.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and features of banking products to secure customer interest.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a graduate degree with results and mark sheets available.
• Maximum age limit of 31 years.
• Previous experience in telephonic sales or calling sales roles.
• Average communication skills adequate for customer engagement.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The salary offered can reach up to INR 4.3 lakhs annually with an in-hand monthly remuneration of about INR 30,300. The working shift is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Weekly offs include all Sundays and additionally the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month are off.
