Join Muthoot Finance as a Telesales Executive based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, where your core responsibility will focus on promoting gold loan products through proactive telecalling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Make over 100 telephonic calls daily to potential and existing customers, aiming to actively pitch gold loan offerings and drive new customer acquisition.
- Generate leads by reaching out to inactive customers within branch databases as well as open market clients interested in gold loans, ensuring a steady pipeline and successful conversions.
- Collaborate closely with branch staff and management teams to facilitate closure of leads and smooth processing of loans.
- Oversee daily customer service operations to maintain high-quality service standards.
