About the Role
Balaji Enterprises is seeking a motivated and articulate female Follow-Up Executive to strengthen our team. The primary role involves diligent follow-up with clients concerning payment collections and order progress. The incumbent will serve as the link between the sales team and customers, ensuring seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently follow up with clients to secure pending payments.
- Coordinate with clients to provide timely updates on order status and dispatches.
- Maintain and update follow-up records using Excel spreadsheets or CRM software.
- Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Assist and collaborate with the internal sales team to enhance client communication.

- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Position is designated for female candidates.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Monthly salary range: 12,000 to 19,000 INR.
