Job Summary

Finnablecred Private Limited is seeking a Telecalling Executive based in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients to promote personal loan products, guiding them through the features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads.
• Explain and promote various personal loan offerings in detail.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate loan products accordingly.
• Generate qualified leads and successfully convert them into loan applications.
• Follow up diligently with interested clients until loan processing is finalized.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan documentation and disbursement.
• Keep accurate and updated records of calls, client interactions, and loan application statuses using the CRM system.
• Meet daily targets for calls and lead generation as well as monthly sales goals.
• Adhere to company and regulatory compliance standards when handling customer data.
