Job Overview
The Telecalling Executive role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone to introduce and promote various loan products, evaluating their financial eligibility, and supporting them throughout the loan application process until disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and conduct cold calls or follow up on warm leads sourced from banking databases or digital marketing campaigns to present business and personal loan offerings.
- Clearly communicate the details of loan products including interest rates, processing fees, and repayment tenures in a compliant manner.
- Guide applicants in compiling and submitting all necessary KYC documents, bank statements, and income proofs required for loan processing.
- Effectively handle objections related to interest rates, approval processes, or any hidden costs to build client confidence and encourage loan uptake.
- Consistently achieve or surpass daily and monthly targets concerning call volumes, qualifying leads, and successful loan disbursements.
