We are looking for a skilled Telecalling Executive to manage both outbound and inbound customer communications. The role involves handling calls with professionalism, explaining company products and services, and facilitating lead generation and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential or current clients to generate business opportunities.
- Respond professionally to incoming customer calls.
- Communicate details about products, services, and special offers to customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales and generate quality leads for the organization.
- Follow up with customers about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Keep precise records of all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Address and manage customer complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets consistently.
