1Touch Holiday India is looking to recruit a Telecalling Executive based in Noida, Sector 63 (H-61). This role focuses on promoting and selling travel-related products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to promote and sell travel packages including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Conduct sales negotiations to secure bookings.
- Manage the end-to-end booking workflow, ensuring accurate reservations of flights, hotels, and tours.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm bookings and implement any necessary modifications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by collecting and responding to feedback appropriately.
