About the Role
BizBein Innovations Private Limited is seeking a confident and eager Telecaller Executive to be part of our sales team based in Mohali / Zirakpur, Punjab. The position is full-time with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers using company-provided lead lists.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Describe product features, prices, and advantages in a clear and professional manner.
- Persistently follow up with interested clients until a sale is finalized.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer information using CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with sales and dispatch departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- Respond politely and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Meet daily call and follow-up quotas and achieve monthly sales goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education: 12th grade pass; graduates preferred.
- Proficient Hindi communication skills; basic English proficiency is beneficial.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Positive mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Both freshers and experienced applicants are welcome.
