Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a Customer Support Executive specializing in Telecalling to join our Bengaluru team. This role involves managing customer inquiries primarily through calls, providing prompt solutions, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer concerns via phone calls effectively and courteously.
- Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document interactions and ensure proper follow-up on customer issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education qualification of PUC (Pre-University Course) or higher.
- At least 6 months experience in inbound customer support; freshers are not considered.
- Fluency in English and Hindi with a minimum Versant score of Level 4.
- Exceptional communication skills without any major speech or language impediments.
Compensation & Work Details
- Monthly salary range between ₹23,000 and ₹28,000 CTC.
- Work shifts are rotational, including a weekly rotational off day.
