Job Overview
This role involves proactive outreach to potential customers through cold calling, aimed at promoting various financial and loan products. You will be responsible for guiding clients through different loan options, clarifying interest rates, and explaining EMI details.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to a curated list of prospects in order to generate leads for financial services.
- Provide clear explanations regarding loan products, interest rates, and EMI calculations to potential customers.
- Evaluate clients’ financial situations and loan eligibility, and forward promising leads to Senior Sales Managers for further action.
- Assist clients in gathering and submitting necessary KYC and financial paperwork for the loan approval process.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all call efforts, customer feedback, and lead progress using the company’s CRM system.
