Job Overview

Scalene Works is looking to hire a Tele Collection Executive to handle outbound communication with customers for payment collections. The role involves consistent follow-up with clients regarding outstanding payments and requires maintaining accurate records of all calls and updates within the tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Making outbound calls aimed at recovering due payments.
Regularly following up with customers to ensure timely payment clearance.
Accurately maintaining records of each call and updating relevant systems accordingly.
Meeting predefined collection targets set by the company.
Communicating professionally and adhering to compliance standards throughout interactions.
