Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site caller position in Jaipur. The person in this role will handle both outgoing and incoming calls with prospective and current clients, explain available properties and services, keep call records updated, pursue lead follow-ups, coordinate site visits or sales meetings, and share basic property information as instructed. The role also includes responding to client questions, working with internal teams, and contributing to lead generation and client engagement activities.

Qualifications and requirements

• Confident verbal communication in both English and Hindi, along with courteous telephone manners.
• Working knowledge of computers, including call logs, spreadsheets, and CRM or lead management systems.
• Strong people skills, with the ability to listen well, build rapport, and stay customer oriented.
• Ability to work from the Jaipur office, organize time efficiently, and manage a busy call volume with attention to detail.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales assistance is an added advantage, though it is not compulsory.
• Interest in real estate or a basic understanding of Jaipur’s property market will be helpful.
• A minimum of a high school qualification or equivalent is expected; higher education in business or a related area is a plus.
