Role Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable Technology and Business Enablement Engineer who possesses a strong technical background and thorough familiarity with Qatar’s end customers and system integrators. The role involves leading solution design, pre-sales engagement, and technical enablement focused on Qatar's dynamic market. The successful candidate will translate local business and operational needs into effective Supermicro-based solutions that cater to enterprise, government, and service-provider sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Head up technology and business enablement initiatives primarily focused on the Qatar market.
• Serve as a trusted technical consultant for end customers and system integrators by aiding in evaluation, architecture, and adoption of Supermicro solutions.
• Utilize existing relationships and extensive ecosystem knowledge to accelerate growth opportunities with strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with regional sales, product managers, and global engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Translate business and operational goals into practical, high-performance designs based on Supermicro technologies.
• Create and present technical proposals, proofs of concept, workshops, and solution briefings tailored to local market demands.
• Lead technical training and enablement programs for local system integrators, distributors, and key accounts.
• Keep abreast of market developments in Qatar and the broader META region, including digital transformation trends, data center expansion, regulations, and customer needs.
• Participate in the development of go-to-market strategies customized for Qatar’s technology landscape and purchasing behaviors.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in technical, pre-sales, or business enablement roles within IT, data center, or infrastructure sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or closely related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of server platforms, HPC, AI technologies, storage solutions, and data center infrastructure.
• Proven experience working directly with Qatari enterprises, government bodies, telecommunications companies, and system integrators.
• Successful track record in customer-facing roles, with emphasis on solution architecture and pre-sales engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar's market dynamics, procurement processes, and partner networks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills alongside excellent presentation abilities.
• Good analytical thinking and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
