Technical Support Executive - Anti-Virus Software

About the Role

This opportunity is with a major BPO client and is focused on technical support for anti-virus software users. The position suits candidates who are comfortable assisting customers over voice and chat while helping them solve software and system-related problems with a high level of professionalism and patience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with anti-virus software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage customer conversations across both voice and chat channels in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Analyze, identify, and fix issues related to software or system performance.
• Explain solutions clearly and guide users through each step until the issue is resolved.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM tool.
• Forward cases that cannot be resolved within the process to the appropriate technical team.
• Work toward performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates from any stream can apply.
• Undergraduates are eligible if they have at least 6 months of documented work experience in any field.
• Applicants must be between 18 and 32 years of age.
• Good spoken and written English communication is required.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Applicants with prior experience at Teleperformance are not eligible.
