Job Details

• Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Work days: Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Qualification and Eligibility

Applicants must be graduates from any discipline. Candidates with a consultancy background and experience in IT recruitment are preferred.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, focusing on Contract to Hire (C2H) or permanent hiring models.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting IT professionals with expertise in niche IT skills, including SAP modules, Oracle technologies, Cloud platforms, ERP, Full Stack Development, Java, C++, .NET, DevOps, among others.
• Familiarity with screening candidates, mass mailing, job posting, and navigating job portals for end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in closing C2H and permanent positions monthly, targeting maximum compensation packages.
• Must possess a personal laptop and reliable internet connectivity for work-from-home setup.

• Second round: Video call (L2)

Additional Information

Salary will be determined based on experience and knowledge, inclusive of incentives and mobile reimbursement. Final salary and designation will be confirmed following the third interview stage.
