Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with large language models encompassing fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference enhancements.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning infrastructures, distributed training methods, and GPU-centric computing environments.
• Strong software engineering approach focusing on scalability, maintainability, reliability, and quality code production.
• Experienced in designing ML pipelines, deployment strategies, monitoring tools, and production AI services.
• Capability to independently manage complex technical challenges within dynamic, fast-paced startup scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills adept at influencing technical decisions and coaching engineering peers.
