Role Description
We are searching for a highly qualified Technical Business Analyst specializing in banking processes and system integration to join our dynamic team in Berlin. The role entails bridging the gap between banking and business requirements and technical solutions, focusing on seamless integration of diverse systems within the organization.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system integration projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs and propose effective solutions.
- Design and document integration workflows, data flows, and interfaces between different systems.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend system improvement measures.
- Develop detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flows and data models.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation of integration solutions.
- Perform system testing and validations to confirm successful integrations.
- Monitor and resolve integration issues promptly, ensuring timely solutions.
- Provide information on emerging technologies and industry trends in system integration, FinTS, banking processes, and payment transactions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units throughout the integration process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, including 2-3 years focusing on system integration projects, problem analysis, and solution development.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and system integration techniques.
- Experienced in requirements gathering, documentation, and data modeling.
- Familiar with enterprise software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and their integrations.
- Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with API integration and cloud integration platforms.
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise architecture concepts.
- Fluent in English and German.
