Technical Business Analyst - Cloud & AI (Public Sector)

As a Technical Business Analyst specializing in Cloud and AI, you will bridge the gap between technology, business strategy, and client engagement by helping organizations transform complex challenges into scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to grasp business goals, challenges, and user requirements.
• Lead workshops and sessions for discovery, requirement gathering, and solution exploration.
• Convert business needs into well-defined user stories, functional specs, workflows, and acceptance standards.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product managers throughout development cycles.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend digital transformation opportunities leveraging cloud technologies.
• Assist in solution demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical discussions during customer and pre-sales meetings.
• Operate within Agile Scrum teams to prioritize backlogs and facilitate sprint planning.
• Coordinate testing phases, including user acceptance testing, and oversee production deployments for successful delivery.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients by offering continuous technical and business guidance during projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related areas.
• Between 4 and 7 years experience as a Technical or Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or equivalent.
• Good grasp of modern software development processes and Agile practices.
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams on delivering digital products.
• Proven ability to collect, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Competency in translating business objectives into technical specifications and actionable user stories.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation capabilities.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integration methods, and cloud-based software solutions.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skill set.

Preferred Experience

• Previous practical experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or Developer.
• Participation in solution architecture discussions or technical pre-sales support.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Background in implementing or assisting AI-driven or generative AI projects.
• Experience leading digital transformation in enterprise or governmental sectors.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence and familiarity with modern Agile delivery methodologies.
