Role Overview

As a Team Member at our new Southern Cross store opening in June, you will play a key role in delivering fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food while providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and dynamic environment. You will be expected to uphold Zambrero’s high standards of recipe accuracy, food safety, sanitation, and overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding and friendly service to customers at all times.
• Preparing food items precisely according to established recipes and meal period requirements.
• Adjusting preparations based on customer volume and demand.
• Adhering rigorously to food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Participating in regular cleaning of the production area, dining room, and general restaurant maintenance.
• Contributing to smooth restaurant operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
