Role Overview

As a Team Leader at Axis Max Life Insurance Company Limited based in Cuttack, Orissa, you will oversee a group of Insurance Advisors and Financial Consultants driving them towards achieving outstanding sales results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team by recruiting and onboarding new advisors to build a productive workforce.
• Achieve sales goals set for monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes by motivating your team effectively.
• Conduct frequent coaching sessions and provide ongoing training to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Closely monitor team performance using daily reviews and key metrics to identify areas for growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers to deliver excellent service and maintain satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, regulatory guidelines including IRDAI compliance, and maintain ethical standards in all business dealings.
• Assist advisors during client interactions, contributing to successful closure of valuable sales opportunities.
• Generate management information system (MIS) reports and deliver timely updates to senior management.
• Foster a vibrant, motivating, and results-driven workplace atmosphere.
