Role overview
KC GlobEd is hiring a Sales Team Leader for its EdTech business in Gurugram. The role is suited to a hands-on, highly target-focused leader who can guide an admissions and sales team, improve conversions, and ensure strong execution across the funnel.

Location and work arrangement
The position is based at Sector 54, Gurugram, near Sector 54 Chowk Rapid Metro station. Office travel support is available both ways from Sikanderpur and Guru Dronacharya metro stations.
This is a 6-day role. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm in office, and Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm in work-from-home mode.
What you will do
You will lead, coach, and monitor a team of Sales Executives to ensure steady achievement of revenue and admission goals. The role calls for close day-to-day tracking, active problem-solving, and strong leadership across the sales cycle.
Responsibilities also include driving the admissions pipeline from enquiry to enrollment, improving objection handling and counselling quality, and stepping in personally for important or high-value opportunities when needed.
In addition, you will maintain strong product and market knowledge, keep the team updated on offerings and competitor trends, and ensure disciplined CRM usage, reporting, and forecast management.
Key performance expectations
Success in this role will be measured through team revenue, admission conversion, lead response and follow-up discipline, CRM data quality, productivity, funnel conversion ratios, target achievement, and the quality of customer counselling and satisfaction.
Experience and profile required
The hiring team is looking for someone with 3 to 6 years of experience in EdTech, BFSI, or training sales, along with prior exposure to leading a sales team. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required, while an MBA is preferred.
The role calls for consultative selling ability, strong presentation and negotiation skills, comfort with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

The package will be decided based on your experience and current CTC. Candidates should be prepared for a high-accountability, aggressive target-driven environment with a strong emphasis on ownership, execution, and team development.
