About the Role
Join XENON Automation as a Team Leader overseeing warehouse operations. You will lead a team of approximately 10 employees, responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth internal material flow, and optimizing warehouse processes. This role involves close cooperation with assembly, purchasing, and quality assurance teams to meet capacity and process standards efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of about 10 staff members, providing both functional and disciplinary guidance.
- Oversee warehouse inventory management and maintain efficient internal material logistics.
- Plan and coordinate capacity requirements, including the integration of temporary staff when necessary.
- Ensure defined procedures for goods receipt and dispatch are followed meticulously.
- Implement continuous improvement measures to optimize warehouse processes.
- Handle order picking and conduct internal transportation for assembly requests.
- Maintain strong collaboration with the assembly, procurement, and quality assurance departments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed vocational training in logistics or a related field.
- Professional and leadership experience in materials management.
- Proficiency in common ERP and PPS software systems.
- Valid forklift license and driving license class B.
- Experience in machinery or plant engineering is advantageous.
