About the Role
Naptico Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Team Lead to guide daily team activities, enhance performance, and maintain high-quality service delivery. This position requires an individual who leads through inspiration, provides support to team members, and serves as the key communication point between management and staff. Essential skills include robust leadership, effective communication, and the ability to steer the team towards meeting departmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and motivation to the team to achieve set performance benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assign responsibilities clearly and set achievable goals and expectations for the team.
- Continuously monitor team productivity, offering timely coaching and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective resolution of issues.
- Manage escalations by promptly addressing customer or internal challenges.
- Organize regular team meetings to monitor progress and discuss any concerns.
- Participate in onboarding and development initiatives for new hires.
- Guarantee compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Compile performance reports and communicate updates to senior management.
- Create and nurture a positive, high-performance culture within the team.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Total work experience ranging from 4 to 6 years, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent skills in team management and interpersonal relations.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and capability to mediate conflicts.
- Exceptional ability to multitask and manage pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with performance tracking software and CRM tools is advantageous.
