Role Overview

We are looking for a Team Coordinator (m/f/d) to take responsibility within production, ensuring processes are safe, organized, and efficient. You will play a key role in shift operations by managing workflows, supporting team members, especially during night shifts, and making sure production meets the highest quality and safety standards daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production operations to achieve output and quality goals.
  • Support and supervise team members, particularly during night shifts.
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations, personal protective equipment policies, and evacuation procedures.
  • Serve as the point of contact for safety issues during shifts and coordinate responsive actions when incidents occur.
  • Plan staffing in collaboration with the shift leader.
  • Monitor team performance and adherence to production processes.
