About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Operations Manager to join our team full-time in a remote capacity. This role offers a compensation range between $70,000 and $110,000 annually. The position focuses on scaling onboarding processes and managing talent pools supporting AI training and data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for large groups effectively and swiftly to ensure smooth integration.
- Manage and activate widespread talent resources essential for AI training and data operations.
- Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with enterprise clients.
- Proactively identify and address obstacles to maintain operational flow.
- Ensure ongoing AI deployment success by tracking and optimizing performance.
- Develop and distribute weekly performance updates and milestone reports providing clear analytics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in working within remote and distributed team environments.
- Exceptional proficiency in clear and structured written communication.
- Strong ownership mentality, with the ability to take full responsibility for outcomes.
- Experience managing expansive teams, often exceeding 100 members.
- Comfort with data analysis, including dashboard use, KPI tracking, and diagnostic measures.
