Overview
Join Gallup as a Talent Management Consultant in Singapore, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding top organizations through essential hiring, leadership, and succession decisions. This position integrates assessment tools, coaching techniques, and consultative methods to empower clients in selecting outstanding individuals and cultivating high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with executives and stakeholders to identify talent-related challenges and deliver evidence-based solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide impactful coaching sessions that highlight leaders' strengths and support improved performance outcomes.
- Conduct thorough talent evaluations, interpret data and offer consultative advice that influences hiring and succession strategies.
- Confidently facilitate leadership discussions to foster clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate with internal consultants and client teams to design and implement effective talent and leadership interventions.
- Continuously develop proficiency in Gallup's scientific methodologies, coaching approaches, and talent management solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, organizational development, leadership, education, or other behavioral science fields.
- A minimum of five years experience in coaching, consulting, leadership development, organizational development, talent management, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading coaching, training, or organizational development projects is mandatory.
- Certification as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach is favored.
- ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
- Commitment to working on-site in Singapore at least three days per week is required.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
