Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with executives and stakeholders to identify talent-related challenges and deliver evidence-based solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide impactful coaching sessions that highlight leaders' strengths and support improved performance outcomes.
• Conduct thorough talent evaluations, interpret data and offer consultative advice that influences hiring and succession strategies.
• Confidently facilitate leadership discussions to foster clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with internal consultants and client teams to design and implement effective talent and leadership interventions.
• Continuously develop proficiency in Gallup's scientific methodologies, coaching approaches, and talent management solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in industrial-organizational psychology, business administration, organizational development, leadership, education, or other behavioral science fields.
• A minimum of five years experience in coaching, consulting, leadership development, organizational development, talent management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading coaching, training, or organizational development projects is mandatory.
• Certification as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach is favored.
• ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
• Commitment to working on-site in Singapore at least three days per week is required.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
