Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing promising candidates and conducting screenings to organizing interviews and communicating hiring decisions to ensure the best talent join our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition point of contact for an assigned Business Unit.
- Source and attract suitable candidates through various platforms including online job portals, professional networks, and referrals from current employees.
- Oversee the end-to-end application process, conducting initial applicant validation, coordinating assessments such as digital voice evaluations, and facilitating interviews for shortlisted candidates; communicate selection outcomes to candidates moving to final stages.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for newly hired employees.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Operations Support team to provide accurate recruitment data and updates.
- Stay updated on the latest technological trends and recruitment best practices relevant to technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network of technology experts to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates.
Qualifications
- Essential Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills capable of managing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Between 4 to 6 years of practical experience in recruiting, covering both technical and non-technical positions.
- Proven capacity to independently engage and influence senior leadership.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues.
- Deep knowledge of the technical recruiting landscape, including awareness of high-demand skills and market trends.
- Genuine enthusiasm for technology and a proactive approach to keeping abreast of evolving industry developments.
- Experience in leading projects independently through completion.
