Role Overview
Bellissimo Homes Real Estate Broker L.L.C is growing its team in Dubai and is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in real estate hiring. This role is based in Dubai, UAE and suits someone who is eager to work in a fast-moving real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for a range of real estate positions, including sales, leasing, admin, and related roles.
- Create and apply sourcing plans that help attract strong candidates.
- Conduct interviews, manage offer discussions, and support the onboarding process.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience recruiting for real estate roles in the UAE.
- Good understanding of hiring practices used in real estate brokerage companies.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
- Strong familiarity with UAE labour laws and onboarding procedures.
