Overview

Our client, an expanding investment management company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This position requires leading the end-to-end hiring process for corporate technology and finance roles spread throughout different US office locations. The role involves collaborating closely with company leadership and hiring managers to address current and future recruitment needs by identifying and engaging top-tier candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment from sourcing candidates to extending offers for corporate technology and finance positions.
  • Develop and sustain talent pools of both active and passive applicants.
  • Manage between 10 to 20 active job openings concurrently.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other job boards to locate candidates.
  • Create personalized candidate outreach strategies that effectively communicate the organization's value proposition.
  • Conduct research on the competitive hiring landscape relevant to target roles.
  • Carry out candidate screening interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of candidate interactions and sourcing activities within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
  • Work with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and role specifications.
  • Prepare interview resources including scorecards and debrief materials for recruitment panels.
  • Coordinate scheduling of virtual and in-person interviews accommodating multiple time zones.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for candidates during the interview process.
  • Produce recruiting performance reports and pipeline analyses to measure progress toward recruitment goals.
  • Support HR functions with background and reference checks along with job posting management.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on process enhancements and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in agency recruiting or corporate talent acquisition.
  • Background recruiting technology or finance professionals preferred.
  • Strong understanding of full recruitment lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse.
  • Skilled in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with capability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-moving and changing work environment.
