Role Overview

This full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist position is based in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area with an option for a hybrid work setup post-integration. The specialist will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing candidates and publicizing job opportunities to screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling with hiring managers. Building solid relationships with stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, devising effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate journey are core responsibilities. Day-to-day activities include managing applicant tracking systems, supporting employer branding, coordinating offers and pre-employment procedures, and maintaining compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Collaboration with HR and department heads will assist in workforce planning and optimizing hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Experienced with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and online job portals to supervise hiring operations.
• Capable of forging strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding their personnel needs, and advising on recruitment decisions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for crafting job advertisements, engaging with applicants, and representing the organization professionally.
• Knowledgeable about pertinent employment laws, recruitment best practices, and ethical hiring frameworks.
• Highly organized with strong time-management skills, able to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, interacting with diverse teams both on-site and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
• Previous talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within healthcare or laboratory sectors, is advantageous.
