About The Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist position is a critical role focused on attracting top talent across several markets. Based onsite in St Louis, Missouri, this role suits a motivated individual driven to connect skilled professionals to rewarding career opportunities. Responsibilities involve collaboration with hiring managers and leadership to assess staffing demands, develop sourcing tactics, and manage numerous open vacancies. This position demands proactive communication skills and strong relationship-building abilities, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate journey from application through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of openings across multiple markets, ensuring efficient recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Review applications swiftly to identify top talent.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, experiences, and cultural compatibility.
• Recommend qualified candidates to hiring leaders with insightful evaluations.
• Work alongside hiring managers to create customized sourcing strategies for timely role fulfillment.
• Organize interview scheduling, facilitate communication between candidates and teams, and assure a streamlined interview process.
• Extend job offers, negotiate conditions, and assist candidates throughout onboarding.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment needs.
• Keep recruiting data current in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience by offering timely feedback and support throughout hiring stages.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in high-volume recruitment handling multiple positions concurrently.
• Strong sourcing abilities and networking proficiency.
• Experience engaging candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail, thriving in fast-paced, goal-driven environments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed preferred.
