Role overview
This position focuses on managing end-to-end hiring activities for several entities within the group. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating recruitment efforts to help meet workforce requirements, while also supporting the organization’s employer brand and working with both internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Keep recruitment tracking tools current and circulate an updated hiring tracker every week.
- Maintain an accurate applicant list for all active vacancies.
- Organize monthly discussions with department heads to review open positions and align hiring needs with the manpower request forms so suitable candidates can be found and retained.
- Review quarterly compensation reports against market benchmarks and flag any notable gaps or issues related to pay competitiveness.
- Help reduce employee turnover and strengthen retention across the group by taking proactive steps, supporting new joiners, and contributing to mentorship initiatives.
- Use a range of sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to attract suitable talent.
- Oversee the interview journey so candidates have a smooth and positive experience.
- Interview both office-based and non-office staff and complete assessment forms carefully and accurately.
- Manage the recruitment workflow in Microsoft Office D365 by opening recruitment projects, keeping applicant records up to date, arranging interview schedules, sending invitations and notifications, and ensuring evaluation forms are updated in the ERP system.
- Work with department heads to finalize interview feedback and communicate decisions to candidates in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for roles that are critical or frequently hired.
- Assist with employer branding activities through career events, social media, and partnership initiatives.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required; a master’s degree or HR certification will be considered an added advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a multi-entity or group setup.
- Good understanding of labor legislation and related regulations.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
