Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will handle the entire recruitment process for real estate-related roles, particularly focusing on Property Consultants and various corporate support positions. Candidates must possess proven experience recruiting within the UAE real estate sector, understanding local hiring customs, commission-based employment, and brokerage frameworks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment workflow including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding new hires.
• Recruit diverse real estate professionals such as Property Consultants, Sales and Leasing Agents, and management personnel.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring requirements.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to capture manpower needs and prioritize hiring efforts.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations covering skills, experience, cultural fit, and adherence to UAE regulations.
• Facilitate interview coordination and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics for management review.
• Enhance employer branding to position Oia Properties as a preferred employer in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the UAE real estate sector.
• Two to four years of recruitment expertise, ideally in brokerage or real estate companies.
• Strong knowledge of commission-based recruitment, agent role structures, and licensing necessities in real estate.
• Demonstrated success sourcing top-tier real estate sales talent.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS, and similar recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
