About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Professional collaborates with business leaders to understand their recruitment needs and strategic goals within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is responsible for managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, optimizing recruitment processes, and employing innovative sourcing techniques to secure top talent. Operating both independently and as part of a team, you will implement effective recruiting strategies, enhance procedures, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience, supporting the ongoing growth of the organization.
Reporting Structure
Reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Engage with hiring managers to thoroughly grasp business objectives and role requirements, presenting candidates with a consultative talent advisor approach to support hiring decisions.
- Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers for new openings.
- Help create scorecards outlining key role missions, objectives, skills, and competencies.
- Maintain and update requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) in real-time.
- Leverage technology to post positions, source candidates, and document recruiting activities comprehensively.
- Attract candidates through channels including social media, LinkedIn, and referral initiatives.
- Regularly review and respond to incoming applications.
- Employ behavioral interviewing methods, screen and interview candidates, and advise on applicant selection.
- Coordinate interview schedules with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
- Arrange and facilitate business unit and technical screenings as well as role-play exercises.
- Lead and document recruitment status reports and interview debriefs with hiring teams.
- Work closely with candidates to understand their career aspirations and align with suitable roles.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and practice leaders to maintain strong relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition or recruiting roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or Workday is preferred.
