Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner position at Cobalt Service Partners offers an exciting opportunity to actively connect talented individuals with rewarding jobs. This role involves high-volume recruiting primarily for Technician positions in Doors & Security and Sales/Accounting roles across partner companies in a remote setting.
As a key member of the recruitment team, you will guide applicants through the hiring process, promote the company’s culture, and collaborate closely with department leaders to ensure precise hiring standards and descriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume recruitment focusing on Technician roles within the security and door industry.
- Source and engage passive candidates extensively to fill various functions effectively.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, from job postings through offer acceptance, ensuring seamless candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with department managers to refine job descriptions, clarify role requirements, and establish selection criteria.
- Partner with fellow recruiters to innovate sourcing strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and recruitment regulations.
- Adapt to additional recruitment duties and occasionally travel to support hiring efforts.
Qualifications
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and ability to assess candidate suitability effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation prowess.
- Creative and strategic sourcing capabilities for diverse roles.
- Independent and proactive mindset with a sense of urgency.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Knowledge of applicable hiring laws and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package offers a combination of base salary plus commission with an on-target earnings range of $85,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience. Our benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 401(k) matching, and flexible paid time off. The position represents a crucial investment as we expand, with plans to fill it promptly.
