Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner position reports directly to the Senior HR Business Partner and collaborates closely with business leaders to understand expansion plans and ensure the right talent is recruited promptly to support Sibylline’s success. This role supports embedded security and intelligence operations as well as other business functions, requiring excellent collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated recruitment expertise in both corporate and agency environments and will deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including workforce forecasting, talent sourcing strategy development, candidate interviewing, and negotiating offers. They will also optimize the applicant tracking system for efficiency and contribute significantly to evolving and scaling our talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior HR Business Partner and leadership to align recruitment strategies with growth goals enabling effective talent acquisition.
- Design and execute recruiting plans informed by labor market trends, competitive analyses, and survey insights to support organizational expansion.
- Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers throughout recruitment, coaching them on core values and maintaining employer brand reputation.
- Deliver regular updates on vacancy status to HR and hiring teams, prioritizing efforts during periods of high recruitment volume.
- Proactively cultivate social media networks and talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates for current and future openings.
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve ATS workflows enhancing speed, accuracy, and consistency in candidate evaluation and pipeline management.
- Demonstrate expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for comprehensive talent sourcing.
- Employ innovative sourcing techniques including Boolean search and compelling job advertising to attract top candidates.
- Reject passive recruitment tactics in favor of focused, proactive talent targeting and engagement.
- Establish trust and authority as an advisor for senior leaders and hiring managers on talent acquisition approaches, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
- Explore and adopt new sourcing channels and advertising to enhance diversity and wider candidate access.
- Lead in the deployment of advanced talent acquisition technologies and nurture relationships with external service providers to optimize talent matching.
- Research and implement AI tools aimed at increasing recruiter productivity, better candidate matching, and decreasing administrative burden.
- Serve as a company ambassador by embodying cultural values and delivering outstanding candidate experiences during recruitment processes.
- Produce monthly recruitment performance reports for senior leadership encompassing key metrics such as time-to-hire and time-to-fill.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or related disciplines; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in RPO, MSP, corporate, agency, or delivery-focused environments.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience using and customizing ATS platforms, with preference for SmartRecruiters experience.
- 3 years plus sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and collaborative recruitment tools.
- Experience working in virtualized work environments preferred.
- Mastery of ATS configuration, including filtering, pipeline automation, custom fields, and creating dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms for candidate search and engagement.
- Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple organization levels, managing full recruitment cycle processes.
- Direct sourcing skills through networks, job boards, Boolean and x-ray searches, Google Scholar, and niche platforms like GitHub.
- Technology savvy with interest in data and AI to support efficiency in sourcing, outreach, resume analysis, and scheduling.
- Curious, dedicated learner with a commitment to high service standards.
- Strong interpersonal understanding and comfort engaging with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, project management platforms (Dynamics, Monday), and shared documentation systems.
Additional Information
Interview process includes an initial conversation with the People & Organization team followed by panel interviews with team members and hiring managers.
Compensation: The salary for this role ranges from $72,500 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
