About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts at Aditya Birla Capital in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will devise and implement robust hiring strategies to attract, select, and integrate top talent into our organization.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive comprehensive recruitment plans to identify and onboard exceptional candidates across various departments.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and managing pre-boarding activities.
- Identify and tackle causes of early employee turnover; enhance candidate experience and facilitate a smooth, engaging induction process.
- Lead and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a performance-oriented environment and ensuring alignment with hiring objectives.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver strategic recruitment advice.
- Monitor essential recruitment metrics such as infant attrition rates, time-to-fill positions, and cost per hire; utilize data insights to refine hiring practices and provide comprehensive reports.
- Champion employer branding efforts to establish and enhance the company’s reputation as a preferred employer.
