Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process focusing on leadership roles, niche positions, and challenging vacancies.
• Create and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier talent.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior business leaders.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, recruitment planning, and formulation of hiring strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing platforms including professional networks, referrals, executive search methods, and other channels.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience throughout all hiring stages.
• Monitor recruitment data, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine hiring strategies and outcomes.
• Guide and mentor junior recruitment staff and contribute towards enhancing recruitment processes and practices.

Required Qualifications

• Between 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven expertise in leadership and niche hiring.
• Demonstrated skills in managing recruitment teams.
• Successful track record in filling senior and specialized roles.
• Excellent capabilities in sourcing, interview techniques, negotiation, and communication.
• Competent in operating within dynamic and target-oriented settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for AI-focused businesses including Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & AI, or Audit Engineering sectors is advantageous.
• Background in hiring for cutting-edge technologies and specialized technical fields is highly sought after.
• Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and AI-supported sourcing tools.
