About Servsy
Servsy is pioneering India's next-level After-Sales Service Platform, enabling brands to efficiently handle warranties, customer support, technicians, spare parts, and service management through innovative technology. We are currently searching for our first HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our founding team in Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.
Job Summary
This full-time, on-site role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 with performance incentives, ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who possess strong communication skills and enthusiasm for human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top talent aligned with Servsy's growth goals.
- Publish job openings across multiple platforms including Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia.
- Screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates efficiently.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Arrange candidate interviews with the Founder and coordinate follow-ups.
- Draft and prepare offer letters and joining documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and assist with onboarding processes.
- Support day-to-day HR operations alongside office administration activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- A graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR, BBA, or B.Com preferred.
- Proficient communication abilities in Hindi and basic English.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- A positive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational talents and coordination capabilities.
