Position summary
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the sourcing function within Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on identifying suitable candidates, managing pipelines, coordinating early-stage screening, and keeping candidate records accurate in the recruitment system.
Key responsibilities
- Run sourcing plans across priority channels such as job boards, employee referral programs, agencies, and internal mobility routes.
- Search internal and external databases to find suitable profiles and keep candidate pipeline information updated in Avature.
- Review incoming profiles, shortlist relevant candidates, and send them to recruiters and business stakeholders for the relevant industry and service line requirements.
- Complete initial telephonic screening and ensure candidate details are properly maintained in the recruitment management system.
- Work within sourcing procedures, service-level commitments, performance expectations, and delivery timelines in a high-volume recruitment setup.

The Talent Sourcing function sits within Deloitte’s Talent Acquisition team and supports the organization with hiring solutions. The team operates in an agile setting and plays an important role in attracting talent to meet expanding business requirements. The role suits someone who performs well in a visible, fast-paced, and high-priority environment.
Location and shift
This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and follows regular working shifts.
Qualifications and experience
Required:
- 2 to 3 years of experience sourcing candidates through job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Taleo, SAP, or Avature.
- Experience carrying out candidate pre-screening and first-round telephonic screening.
- Experience updating and maintaining candidate information in a recruitment management system.
- Background supporting sourcing activities in a high-volume hiring environment.
- An undergraduate degree in any discipline.
Preferred:
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Exposure to passive sourcing methods, including AIRS-based techniques.
- Experience researching target companies and candidate details through internet-based sourcing approaches.
