Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor specialized in underground mining to join our team in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The candidate will be responsible for performing precise mine surveying tasks essential for the development and safe operation of underground mines.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Total Station and various surveying equipment to carry out underground mine surveys.
• Mark underground alignments, center lines, and grade lines accurately.
• Measure levels, distances, and coordinates to support mine development operations.
• Prepare and regularly update mine plans, sectional drawings, and other survey documentation.
• Conduct surveys during mine development and excavation, ensuring the integrity of records.
• Oversee mine workings to verify that surveying activities comply with approved mine plans.
• Support the layout of roadways, galleries, shafts, and additional underground mine infrastructure.
• Use specialized surveying software to generate survey reports and maintain documentation.

Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in operating total stations and similar surveying instruments.
• Experience in underground mine surveying techniques and methods.
• Ability to accurately perform measurements and mapping in underground environments.
• Familiarity with mining plans, sectional drawings, and survey software applications.
• Strong record-keeping and documentation skills related to mine surveys.
