Job overview
RectorSeal is hiring a seasoned, performance-driven Supply Chain Manager for a remote role based in the United States. This position plays a central part in strengthening the company’s end-to-end supply chain by improving purchasing, inventory control, planning, and forecasting. The right person will bring strong leadership, clear communication, analytical thinking, and a practical problem-solving approach to help the business run more efficiently and support excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Guide, coach, and grow a buying team that manages the sourcing of finished goods.
- Track and report on inventory positions, stockouts, risk areas, and supply fluctuations.
- Protect product availability by spotting potential risks early and taking corrective action.
- Improve cost performance through negotiations and initiatives that reduce spend.
- Build durable supplier alignment and maintain strategic relationships with vendors.
- Work closely with Planning, Product Development, and Operations teams to keep priorities aligned.
- Streamline purchasing workflows, systems, and reporting tools on an ongoing basis.
- Manage MRO purchasing for US operations.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain work.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience overseeing procurement teams.
- Strong analytical capability, especially with inventory-related metrics.
- Demonstrated success in vendor negotiation and cost control.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, with JD Edwards preferred, plus advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% when required.
- Must live full-time in the continental United States.

Compensation and benefits
RectorSeal uses a market-based approach to determine pay ranges so compensation stays competitive. Final pay will depend on experience and market position. Employees may also be considered for incentives tied to company and individual performance, or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
