About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer supplement brand achieving multiple 7-figure monthly revenues and targeting $50 million in sales this year. Our mission promotes health through premium, highly absorbable ingredients. We're advancing quickly with a team of top performers, building a legacy brand positioned for major US retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of supply chain and fulfillment execution including manufacturing coordination, inventory, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
- Forecast inventory demand across all SKUs to prevent stock shortages, monitoring daily inventory and addressing risks proactively.
- Collaborate directly with manufacturers to ensure product quality, compliance, and specifications are met and drive continuous process improvements.
- Oversee production schedules, purchase orders, and inbound shipments end-to-end.
- Manage 3PL performance for fulfillment, returns, and outbound logistics, developing and enforcing SOPs, training partners, and maintaining SLA adherence.
- Implement quality control protocols inbound and outbound, swiftly identifying defects or process failures, leading root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and apply Lean principles to enhance forecasting accuracy, inventory integrity, and fulfillment speed, with ongoing dashboard development and data-driven decision support.
- Integrate AI tools within forecasting, inventory management, reporting, and operational workflows to automate processes and reduce manual work.
- Serve as the central operational liaison between onsite teams, international partners, customer service, and leadership, providing scheduled performance reports and seamless communication across time zones.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience owning inventory forecasting, supplier coordination, and fulfillment at scale.
- Hands-on background managing end-to-end logistics including manufacturing, 3PL, and customer-facing functions simultaneously.
- Expertise in creating, training, and enforcing detailed SOPs for logistics processes.
- Strong analytical skills using data to drive accountability and improve performance.
- Fluency with AI or automation technologies integrated into operational workflows.
- Self-driven with a builder mentality comfortable with ambiguity and fast decision-making.
- Excellent written English abilities for SOPs, reporting, and global stakeholder communication.
- Preferred qualifications include Lean Six Sigma certification, high-growth DTC or supplement sector experience, and multi-SKU subscription inventory management.
- Daily active use of AI tools is required from day one.
