Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join their leading healthcare client based in Worcester, MA. This role is fully remote but requires quarterly visits to the Worcester site. The key responsibility is to optimize the hospital's supply chain processes using Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to spot trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Create reports and dashboards monitoring inventory status, procurement activity, and cost-saving programs.
• Suggest process improvements to boost supply chain efficiency, lower expenses, and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to implement enhancements effectively.
• Provide training to end-users on Workday Supply Chain features and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and oversee their performance, resolving any challenges.
• Keep up-to-date with healthcare regulations affecting supply chain management and ensure compliance with relevant standards and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital supply chain roles.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP functions.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree or an associate degree combined with pertinent experience.
• Prior experience with Workday software is a plus.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $85,000 annually, with the exact amount influenced by qualifications and experience.
