Position Summary
The Supply Chain Analyst will contribute to the seamless execution of essential supply chain activities by delivering data-driven insights and ensuring coordination amongst Planning, Logistics, Commercial, and Finance teams. This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth operational processes by converting data into actionable strategies that promote supply stability and increased efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end forecasting, planning, and inventory control specifically for the Havana Club brand.
- Coordinate planning activities related to Liquid Value Add forecasting and logistical management.
- Support export operations by overseeing forecasting through to logistics execution.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources, perform detailed analyses, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Automate existing and new reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data analysis, demand planning, or allied functions.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets and creating reports using Excel pivot tables, Power Query, and intermediate Excel formulas like index-match.
- Familiarity with business intelligence software such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with forecasting applications, including Anaplan or Blue Yonder.
- Preferred background in demand planning.
- Strong business judgment combined with critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

- Ability to clearly identify problems, gather relevant data, and draw logical conclusions.
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word alongside Excel.

Additional Information
This is a newly created position offered as a six-month contract, expected to conclude in January 2027. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour. Please note that contract roles do not include additional financial benefits or healthcare coverage. Recruitment involves the use of AI tools to align candidate skills with job criteria.
