About the Role

Join the team at Circle K located at Beaufort Service Station, Kill West, Co. Kildare as a full-time Supervisor. This position involves a 37.5-hour weekly schedule, spread across five days with flexible working hours throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead daily store shifts ensuring smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
• Manage merchandising and product displays within the store.
• Prepare food and coffee offerings for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store environment.
• Identify potential sales leads for the fuel card team to enhance business growth.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of retail industry experience.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to upholding high operational standards.
